Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All dolls must be present in the set (no partial returns)
- Original packaging and any certificates of authenticity must be included
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your purchase for a different set of equal or greater value (you pay the difference). Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. The original item must be returned in its original condition.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. We take packaging seriously — every doll ships in custom foam inserts and double-walled boxes — but transit damage occasionally occurs, and we always make it right.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
Custom-commissioned dolls are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review all details carefully before confirming your custom order. We will send progress photos during the painting process so you can provide feedback before the final lacquer is applied.
